About Our Church

Our church was born on August 8, 2009. The plan was to establish a church in Cobb or Paulding County, which are suburbs of Atlanta. The vision of leadership was to provide a place where people of all backgrounds, cultures and nationalities would come together and experience spiritual healing, and discipleship through the loving power of Jesus Christ. This in turn would foster fully devoted followers of our Lord.

With a passion given by the Lord, a Leadership Team assembled by Him, and a core group of 26 partners, we officially launched our first service at the Legacy Park Clubhouse on August 30, 2009. We have seen many people renewing their relationship with the Lord. We've also witnessed several families who had left the church, return, and recommit to the Lord. We began to prayerfully ask the Lord to provide a larger venue to worship in due to steady growth. He responded by opening the doors for us to Pitner Elementary School in Acworth, GA. Our first Sunday of worship was March 14, 2010.

A dream that began over 12 years ago has now taken flight. We are seeing God move in a mighty and miraculous way, but we know it is only the beginning. Our mission is to help transform and renew the minds and lives of people through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We also believe that through Christ all people can experience the abundant life found only in Him. Jesus said, "Whom the Son sets free, is free indeed!" Our desire is to see everyone who comes through our doors be set free to live their life to the fullest. We believe that can only occur when we encounter the Lord Jesus Christ.
